Sorry for another long-time posting, I spent this week catching up from last! I tell you what guys, our pal Walter has hit a new level of health! Everyone is in unanimous agreement. He all of a sudden started eating more (He'd leave his bowl full almost all the time and just take treats, maybe nibble at his food) but now he's clearing the bowl out and its everything we can do to keep him from standing on his hind legs! Thats right!!!! I came in and walter was so busy sassing me "get me out of scamperland! Now!!" and he stood full weight on his hind legs. I nearly fell over rushing to him so he would get back off!! Also, he wants to RACE around the backyard. It's actually problematic. I tell you what, he gets that new shoe this next week and it isn't a moment too soon! I can hardly get a picture of him, he's permanently on the move. But look how well his hair is growing in!! AND, check out that back foot!! He's standing like a lil champion. He looks so good. Every day I thank God he's alive. It's just a miracle.

We are so proud and glad to hear about you Sassafrass! You are truly amazing...keep up the good work.
Mommy and I are going to the opening of a new dog boutique today to finalize Walter goodies... so we will be mailing soon. We love you Walter and you strong will to NOT give up!!! And keep eatting like a puggie does.

Hi Heather & Walter! An appetite is a sure sign that Walter is returning to normal. Mom knows to dial 911 if I ever lose my appetite.
I received your thank you card in the mail today. It was very sweet and Mom is hanging it up near my bowls so I see it every day.
I can't wait to see Walter in his shoe. I don't know how you're going to keep up with him when he has it on - getting your running shoes ready!

Oh, it's so nice to hear that Walter is slowly but surely getting back to his old self. Whether it be a tussle with the puggie stuffie, the old ravenous appetite, the hair growing back or the scaperous attitude, Walter is back to being pug through and through. I can't wait to see the shoe and know that very soon indeed, Walter will have no problem getting around and will look styling, too! SuperPug, yep, that's an appropriate name for our Walter!
I am crying tears of happiness for Walter and you reading about his recovery. I am so happy he is doing so well. Can't keep a good pug down for long!
