HALP

I slept! Lovely, sweet sleep. Now we go to physical therapy today, and we're hoping it doesn't cost as much as multiple orthopedic surgeries. I have been reluctant to put up a "donate" button or anything, but if anyone wants to help out and is able, buying my books will help deflate our medical bills.

As you can imagine, Sir Walter with-shirt-and-socks is going to need a-lot-o cash to get his legs working properly. Water treadmills, nerve reconstruction, physical therapy at the hospital, means we are facing a very long comittment, and if you can help by buying a book or two,(or 20!!) we KISSES your face!

You can see the books on the sidebar here or see/buy them here. There are two titles available, "Pretty Little Mistakes," and "Jennifer Johnson is Sick of Being Single."They're only about ten bucks and we really really appreciate it.

Heather,

I bought both of your books pre-Walter vs. the SUV/Truck incident and LOVED the both! However, I will continue to push them on my friends and loved ones :-)

Good luck with physical therapy today good buddy. I know you are going to need a lot of help to get all your parts working again, but I know you can do it.

Heather, I think putting a donate button on the blog would be a great idea. I told Mom that I would like to donate some of my treat money and she is okay with that. Please let me know where I can donate/send it.

Stubby xoxo

Sleep is a wonderful thing. We are glad you have finally gotten some. A donate button would NOT be tacky, and if people are able they will donate or buy your book. Or send lots of loving thoughts to Walter.
We will go check out your books.

We will be getting a book soon! But we also think a donate button is a good idea....we would donate!!! Good luck with PT today. We hope its not too much work and treats are involved!

Honey, after everything you have been through if you want to put up a Donate button, you go right ahead!! Anyone that declares it tacky, doesn't have to donate and should keep their opinion to themselves until a less stressful and emotional time!!! I will definitely check out the link to your books.

I finished Jennifer Johnson within a few days of reading. Great book, well written, fun to read! I'll run out to get PLM this weekend--anything for Walter!

Just my 2 cents, Heather... Not that I don't want to read your books, because I do, but I wish you'd give us all a chance to help you financially in a way that will come 100% directly to your pocket for these vet bills.
No one is comfortable doing something like that, I know. But we all care about you and Walter and really want to help. Stop being afraid of how it will look... Look around these comments and see! Let us help.

Nothing wrong with a "donate" button! Like everyone else says...if people don't want to donate, they don't have to! Your vet bills must be CRAZY BIG!

I'm going to buy the books right now! (Why didn't I think of that??)
Thanks for keeping us updated - I know it's probably a lot of work for you right now, but it puts my mind at ease each day to read about his progress.
Keep the faith - Walter is a miracle.
