Blue Blankie

I think alot of my pictures are going to look similar, but that's fine by me. thanks to everyone for the pep talks. Needed it. I have a huge day today and tomorrow so for the next 6 hours Walter is at his Vets where they will watch him. Just having 6 hours off from worrying and fretting over him feels like Christmas. I feel horribly guilty too, but he'll come home at seven tonight and hopefully I can keep my world up and running!

Walter looks awfully sweet with his blue blankie!

Don't feel guilty for a second, Heather. Maintaining your sanity right now is best for you AND Walter, even if that means a few hours of not worrying about him! Wish I knew some way to help you... also wish I would win the lottery, and then send you lots of money to help with his vet bills.

Can't do any of those things.. so for now, I am just keeping you safely tucked away in my prayers!

You need to take care of yourself so that you can better take care of Walter! Don't feel guilty about leaving him for a bit. You need that time away.
Walter is so luck to have you in his life. You are a wonderful person for giving him a chance to heal and get better.
I continue to pray for Walters recovery and for you as well.

It's good to step back for a while and do something else. You will come back home with your mind refreshed and ready for more Wally-time! I am sure Walter will be fine at the vet. I don't let anyone take care of my pug when I travel (most of the times, not even my husband) I take him to the vet because who else is better prepared for that?

Walter looks adorable with his blankie..

Don't you feel guilty for a second! You need peace of mind and some time on your own so you can keep going physically and mentally. I wish we were closer too so I could help.. I agree with Sandra, who else is better off to help care for Walter then the vet.
Sending good healing thoughts your way...

You have to take care of yourself to be able to take care of Walter. So a little "down time" (at least from Walter-care) will be a good thing for you. I'm keeping Walter in my prayers and I just know he'll get better.

And he does look sooooooo adorable with his blue blankie!

I'm sure he's well taken care of at the vet and you do need little breaks. Don't feel guilty - you're a great pug mom!

We're thinking about you. Kisses for Wally :-*

You have to take care of yourself! If you don't, who can take care of Walter. If he had to be anywhere away from you, then the vet's is the place. Did the vet say anything about him walking? If he can sit up, I would say he'll be walking.
Keep your spirits up, we are all here to listen, help as much as we can and pray for Walter.
